Provider

The websites damerozlucku.cz and partyinprague.com are operated by Dáme After s.r.o., company ID (IČO) 17692521, registered office at Belgická 280/1, 120 00 Praha 2, Czech Republic (the "provider"). These terms govern the relationship between the provider and anyone interested in the experiences (the "customer").

Nature of the service

The provider brokers and organises experiences and related services for stag parties, hen parties, farewell events with friends and corporate events. Some experiences are delivered by the provider’s partners; in that case the provider acts as a broker and organiser.

The website serves as a catalogue of the offering and to submit a non-binding enquiry. Prices, descriptions and availability are informational and do not constitute an offer to conclude a contract.

Enquiry and formation of the contract

Submitting an enquiry through the form is non-binding. An enquiry is not an order or a reservation and does not create any obligation to pay. It lets us check availability and prepare a specific offer for you.

A contract is formed only when the provider sends the customer a specific offer (date, scope of services and final price) and the customer confirms it by e-mail; where the offer requires a deposit, the contract is formed once the deposit is paid. Until the offer is confirmed, neither party is bound.

Prices and payment

Prices on the site are shown in euros including VAT, converted from Czech crowns at a fixed rate of 25 crowns per euro, and are indicative until the offer is confirmed. The final price always follows from the confirmed offer. For services with a minimum group size, a smaller group pays the price for that minimum.

There is no payment on the site. After the offer is confirmed the provider sends payment instructions or an invoice. Payment terms, any deposit amount and due date, and the payment methods are always stated in the offer.

Changes and cancellation

Deadlines and any cancellation fees for cancelling or changing a confirmed event differ by service and partner, so they are always stated in the specific offer and apply as confirmed by the customer. If the provider cancels an event, the customer is refunded everything they have paid. If an outdoor activity cannot take place due to weather or force majeure, the provider offers another date or programme; if the parties do not agree, the provider refunds the price of the service not provided.

Where the contract concerns leisure-time services provided on a specific date, the consumer does not have the 14-day right of withdrawal under Section 1837(j) of the Czech Civil Code.

Complaints

If you have any objection to a service provided, submit a complaint without undue delay to info@damerozlucku.cz, stating what it concerns and how you propose it be resolved. We handle complaints without undue delay and within 30 days of receipt at the latest, and let you know the outcome by e-mail. Consumers may also turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz), the body for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes.

Services for ages 18+

Selected experiences are intended solely for people aged 18 and over and are labelled 18+. By ordering such a service the customer confirms that they and all participants are at least 18. The provider and the partner may refuse to provide the service to anyone who cannot prove their age.

Governing law and disputes

Matters not covered by these terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic, in particular Act No. 89/2012 Coll. (Civil Code) and Act No. 634/1992 Coll. on Consumer Protection. A consumer has the right to out-of-court settlement of a consumer dispute through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz).

The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy. These terms may be updated; the version in effect at the time an enquiry is submitted applies to that enquiry.

Language versions

Besides Czech, these terms are published in other languages. Translations are for information only; in case of any conflict between language versions, the Czech version prevails.
