Rage Room
A rage room stacked with plates, old electronics and furniture to smash. Grab a bat, put on the gear and vent for 30 minutes.
A rage room is packed with things begging to be broken: plates, glasses, old printers, monitors, keyboards and bits of furniture. You get overalls, a helmet with a visor and gloves, then pick a bat, a crowbar or a sledgehammer.
Put on your own music and wreck the room in small groups. Staff top it up with fresh things so there is always more to break.
Unlike smashing a car, you are indoors and it runs in any weather. One set of items is included and extra crates can be added. The stress goes out; the crockery takes it.
